Hannes Bodenstein
Global Implementations and BA Head

Hannes oversees all new implementations and integrations for all both Distribution and Content Partner’s. Hannes is passionate about systems, processes and problem solving. Having an Engineering background Hannes worked at various organizations including JHI, Consol Glass, Adcorp, Nissan and Robert Bosch. Before joining Stellr, Hannes also co designed and implemented a Employee Life Cycle Management System for over 30 000 temporary employees across Africa and Australia. Co designed and implemented an AI (Bot) to automatically generate temporary employees UIF Certificates from all Companies in the group. Calling a “Spade” a “Spade” Hannes is a no-nonsense result driven team player motivating and guiding his team to achieve new heights.

Willem Coetzee
Global Head Architecture and Solutions

Willem is looking after the Stellr cloud based infrastructure, designing of applications and implementing solutions for the Stellr and Tritech groups. He is also involved on the software side with the design and implementation of Node.js micro services running on AWS Lambda. He has completed his bachelors degree in Information and Knowledge Systems (BSc IT) at the University of Pretoria in 2007 and has since worked on various exciting projects hosted on the AWS Cloud. He has completed the AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate exam and attended the AWS: Reinvent conference in 2016 and 2018.

Ashim Sharma
India Chief Executive Officer

Ashim has 24 years of experience leading sales functions in Telecom, mobile handset and FMCG industries, with large brands like Airtel, Vodafone & GlaxoSmithkline. He also has experience in managing multiple geographies including India, and countries in Middle East & South/South-East Asia. He is an extremely proficient sales leader, comfortable in managing large teams, multiple channels, planning and driving sales numbers.

Ruchika Chhabra
India & Israel Head of Partnership and Alliances

Ruchika is a tigress, lying peacefully till she has had her full. But beware, if you annoy her. Ruchika is an experienced professional with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. She is a proven people manager with a career span of 20+ years working with multiple international organizations. She has a strong bias for action, an eye for details, an ability to build strong inter-personal relationships and drive results.

The gate keeper, keeping the beasts out and making sure there is enough money in the bank to feed the family. Having over 15 years of experience in various organisations, Garima’s forte lies in managing finance operations, designing & implementing systems, Internal Controls and Corporate Governance. She has an extensive background in finance, complimented by diverse experience in project management, leading and negotiating partnerships and alliances.

Carla Briers
Content & Marketing Executive

Carla is a lover of Brand Marketing and Excellent Customer Experiences, with 15 years in Brand Management and Trade Marketing roles. After finishing her Marketing Degree in 2007 at the University of the Free State, Carla entered the fast-paced world of Marketing in South African Breweries, as a Brand Development Manager. She spent 6 years with SAB, and her other strategic roles included the Merchandising strategy for Global Brands and the Product Manager for the then up-and-coming brand Brutal Fruit. In 2013 she moved to Blue Label Telecoms and in her 9 years at BLT her accountabilities spanned managing the Springboks and Protea sponsorship, launching new brands such as Sterring, establishing a brand management framework for Blu Approved, and many others. Additionally, Carla completed her internationally acclaimed Brand Management m-MBA qualification through Marketing Week in 2022.
